Refund policy
My products arrived damaged/faulty, what do I do?
Please email us ASAP (within 7 days) to hello@florafoods.love and we will arrange a
replacement for you. Please note we may request a photograph – please don’t dispose of your damaged products until you have been in touch with us.
My order is incomplete/I didn’t order this!
Oh no! We will sort it out for you. If for any reason there is an issue with your order
(incomplete or incorrect), please email hello@florafoods.love as soon as possible.
I don't like the taste of the products I ordered, can I have a refund?
Sorry we don't offer refunds based on personal taste. Please do reach out and let us know your feedback as it is valuable to us and we can determine if there is a fault or something wrong with the product you received. If there is something wrong with it - always happy to refund.
